Help with one of Wake Forest's most cherished traditions, Lovefeast!
Volunteers are needed for the following:
- Dieners (German for "server"): Distribute Moravian buns and coffee during the service.
- Runners: Fill bun baskets and coffee cups so they are ready for the dieners.
- Greeters: Welcome guests as they arrive at Wait Chapel, hand out programs and show guests to their seats prior to the beginning of the service.
All volunteers will need to be at Wait Chapel at their scheduled shift time, but no later than 5:30 PM on Sunday, December 3. Doors open at 6 PM and the service begins at 7 PM.
Requirements
All first-time volunteers will need to attend a virtual training. For those who cannot attend live, the training will be recorded. Returning volunteers are welcome to attend, but attendance is not required.
